The City of Frisco, Texas, is located in Dallas County and has a population of about 200,000. The city government is organized into five departments: City Manager’s Office, Community Development Department, Economic Development Department, Human Resources Department, and Parks and Recreation Department.

The City Manager’s Office is responsible for overall city operations and manages the daily operations of the five departments.
